James Clarke
Having had an interest in sports massage for many years, James trained with the London School of Sports Massage where he was awarded the Diploma in Sport and Remedial Massage Therapy in 2008. In the same year he was awarded the BTEC Diploma in Sport and Remedial Massage Therapy. He is also a member of the Institute of Sport and Remedial Massage.
James has a very thorough understanding of musculoskeletal injuries and is a highly expert therapist. In a professional capacity he has assisted at many sporting events including London Marathon, half marathons, and football and cycling events. James is married with young children and, when he has time, he is an active and keen landscape gardener.
Here’s what other Vital Hands clients have said about him:
“I visited Vital Hands for a sports massage recently, and saw James, the new therapist. He was very knowledgeable and professional in his approach and I was very pleased with the sports massage. He also impressed me with his considered and specific advice relating to three problem areas I need to look at.” GG, Battersea
“Like many people, I spend most of my day hunched over a computer in an office. After an hour with James I felt like a huge weight had been lifted off my shoulders, the tension was gone from the middle of my back and I was walking taller. Over a week on and I am still feeling great. Thank you.” JM, Balham
“An appointment with James released the tension and pain in my back and shoulders, which was caused mainly by struggling with the weight of my toddler. He improved my range of movement immediately and also suggested easy stretches and adjustments I could make to help on a daily basis.” AH, Clapham
